Yoga and Guided Sound Bath Meditation 

Selected Thursdays & Sundays

Join us in the C Bay Studio twice a month with resident teacher Kate Dove, as she guides you through a gentle and slow flowing sequence of Hatha yoga followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation experience, during which guests are immersed in the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Sound baths help to restore balance to the mind and body, inviting a sense of renewal and inner harmony.

Sessions take place twice a month. £20 per person, spaces are limited. 

Classes are structed with a 60-minute Hatha yoga flow followed by a 30-minute guided sound bath meditation.

We kindly advise that our Sound Bath Meditation sessions are not suitable for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, use a pacemaker or any metal implants, or have been diagnosed with epilepsy.
