Tuna Night at MOR
Hosted by Kieran Burkhill, Cornish bluefin tuna fisherman from the Stargazy, this special dinner celebrates the remarkable return of bluefin tuna to Cornish waters and the fishermen who work with this extraordinary fish.
Kieran will share stories from life aboard the Stargazy, the realities of Cornish fishing and the return of bluefin tuna to UK waters. The evening begins with a live tuna breakdown, exploring the different cuts, their characteristics and how they are used at MOR.
A five-course tasting menu will follow, featuring dishes including Smoked Tuna Bone Broth and Bluefin Tuna Loin, finishing with a Medjool Date and Custard Tart.
Guests will also take home a MOR goody bag, including the evening’s printed menu and a portion of Cornish bluefin tuna to enjoy at home.
