An opportunity to connect with one’s natural vitality, where the body can open fully, embrace the warmth and flourish with light and movement. The Bloom invites you to explore nature, nourish the body and senses, and care for the skin. Supported by practices that encourage good nutrition, hydration, balance, meditation and connection to nature.
We welcome only 12 guests on this restorative retreat, so you can enjoy an intimate and personalised experience. From the moment you arrive, everything is set up to help you unwind and feel at ease. Our naturopath will greet you privately and offer you a beautifully crafted, nourishing beverage to mark the beginning of your wellness escape. This one-on-one introduction helps shape your retreat from the start, making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and able to enjoy your time here. You’ll have time to talk about the weekend ahead, look at treatment options if you wish, and ask any questions. The estate's chefs will prepare nutritional, delicious food to support your wellbeing throughout the weekend and Following your first meeting with our naturopath, you’ll receive a personalised Bach flower remedy, should you wish, to help support a sense of calm and balance. Throughout your stay, both our Osteopath and Naturopath will be devoted to supporting your wellbeing journey, delivering individually selected treatments therapeutic treatments and guidance.

All activities during the retreat are optional and weather dependant.
The Retreat package includes:
- Three night stay in luxury accommodation at The Carbis Bay Estate
- Two seasonal wellbeing sessions led by a naturopath, with practical take-home practices
- One individual therapeutic treatment, selecting from osteopathy, hot stone massage, sports and remedial massage, Indian head massage, natural facial, relaxation acupuncture, cupping, gait analysis, naturopathy session, if desired general health testing can be looked into (tests at an additional charge)
- Two optional movement or exercise classes per day
- One nature-focused activity and one water-based activity per weekend
- Daily evening meditation classes
- Morning wellness shot delivered to accommodation each day

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All retreat bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Telephone Bookings only.
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Bay Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to retreat content, schedules or facilitators where necessary, while maintaining the overall intention and quality of the experience.
- Carbis Bay Hotel Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Retreat Format & Participation
- Bay Wellness retreats are designed to support general wellbeing and relaxation. They are not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
- Retreat activities may include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, nutritional and herbal workshops, guided outdoor and nature-based experiences, and optional cold-water immersion.
- Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary. Guests are encouraged to participate at their own pace and may rest, modify, or opt out of any activity at any time.
- Retreat schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, group needs or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Health, Wellbeing & Consent
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in retreat activities.
- A confidential health and consent form must be completed prior to arrival. This enables Bay Wellness practitioners to support guests safely and appropriately during the retreat.
- Guests are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications that may affect participation.
- Bay Wellness reserves the right to advise against participation in specific activities where this is deemed necessary for an individual’s health or safety.
4. Treatments & One-to-One Sessions
- Retreats include one individual therapeutic treatment unless otherwise stated.
- Treatments are selected following consultation with Bay Wellness practitioners and are subject to availability.
- Additional treatments or laboratory tests may be available for an additional fee and should be arranged in advance where possible.
- Treatments are provided to support relaxation, balance and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
5. Nutrition, Herbs & DIY Elements
- Nutritional guidance, herbal preparations and DIY elements offered during the retreat are for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
- Guests are responsible for disclosing any food allergies, intolerances or sensitivities prior to participation.
- While care is taken, Bay Wellness cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- As part of the retreat experience, guests may be invited to try small amounts of herbal tonics, powdered greens or personalised Bach flower remedies. These are offered on an optional basis and for general wellbeing support only.
6. Cold Water & Outdoor Activities
- Certain retreats include optional outdoor or water-based activities, including cold-water immersion.
- These activities are always optional and guided, with safety information provided beforehand.
- Guests acknowledge that participation is at their own discretion and confirm they have no medical conditions that would make participation unsuitable.
7. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and amendment policies for accommodation are governed by the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
- Retreat-specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
- In the unlikely event that Bay Wellness needs to cancel a retreat, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the retreat portion of the booking.
8. Conduct & Respect
- Bay Wellness retreats are intended to provide a calm, respectful and restorative environment.
- Guests are expected to behave considerately towards other participants, practitioners and staff.
- Bay Wellness reserves the right to ask a guest to leave a retreat if behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
9. Liability
- Bay Wellness accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to personal property during the retreat.
- Participation in retreat activities is undertaken at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.
10. Data Protection
- Personal and health information provided is treated confidentially and stored securely in accordance with data protection legislation.
- Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering a safe and supportive retreat experience.
