The sumptuous home-from-home self-contained townhouse is split over two levels with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and the kitchen/living/dining on the first floor.
Just a short walk from Treloyhan is the bustling town of St Ives and Carbis Bay with its 25-acre Blue Flag beach and array of restaurants and facilities to enjoy.
Guests of the townhouses also benefit from the concierge service to assist guests with requests before and during their stay.

Although Treloyhan is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, the property is marketed and operated by the Estate on behalf of its owners. All guests have full use of the Estate's facilities which includes the C Bay Spa.
