Treloyhan's two-bedroom residence with a terrace is a duplex layout with a large master suite leading out to a large terrace overlooking the ocean and landscaped gardens. Stairs lead to the next level and an open-plan kitchen/dining and living space. A second bedroom and bathroom are also located on this level.
Once the home of local shipping magnate, Edward Hain and designed by Silvanus Trevail, Treloyhan is a symbol of Cornish History. The splendid 19th-century manor has been fully restored to provide a bespoke range of concierge-serviced residences to enjoy when holidaying in West Cornwall.

Although Treloyhan is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, the property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. All guests have full use of the Estate's facilities which includes the C Bay Spa.
