Recently refurbished, the property features three bedrooms, one master with a spacious ensuite, a further double, and a twin bedroom.
An additional ground floor room situated off the kitchen can provide further accommodation if required.
A stunning open-plan kitchen/dining area opens directly onto a fully enclosed rear garden with a paved patio area for entertaining. Steps lead up to a further grassed area. To the front of the property, there is a traditional cottage garden and two parking spaces.
Guests can enjoy an array of restaurants, of which many can be located on foot. Truro has many family activities including a local bowling alley, tennis, parks, and recreational walks.
Moresk Cottage is situated opposite the entrance to Daubuz Moor, six hectares of former water meadows which is now an established nature reserve, bordered by the River Allen.
Guests at Moresk Cottage are invited to enjoy the facilities of Carbis Bay Estate and its golden sandy Blue Flag beach in St Ives Bay, access to its award-winning C Bay Spa, and are welcome to enjoy a complimentary traditional Cornish afternoon tea in the Main House Orangery.

Although Moresk Cottage is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, this property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. Moresk Cottage is not on the Carbis Bay Estate but is located in Truro. All guests residing in Moresk Cottage have complimentary use the Estate's facilities, including the C Bay Spa.
