Situated in a quiet residential area in Carbis Bay, this three-bedroom, reverse-level property enjoys panoramic sea views, a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and a private balcony looking out across St Ives Bay.

Located a short stroll to the local beaches, the St Ives scenic railway, and with easy access to the Southwest Coast Path, it’s ideal for a family looking to escape to the coast.

The property enjoys far-reaching panoramic sea views from the spacious open-plan living area, consisting of a kitchen, dining, and sitting space, with cathedral-style ceiling, wall of windows, and glazed balcony doors.

A separate utility room, next to the kitchen, houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, upstairs on the second floor, also enjoying sea views, is a study/games area, and there is a sofa that doubles as a sofa bed (bedding not provided) and a selection of children’s toys, PS3 and television, a great space for the kids and teenagers to escape to.

All the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master king-sized, seaward-facing bedroom enjoys fabulous bay views and a private en-suite shower room, a second double room and a third, fitted with twin beds, are conveniently located next to and opposite the family bathroom towards the rear. All beds are sumptuously dressed in Egyptian cotton and the welcoming spaces offer plenty of storage.

Complimentary bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests’ comfort.

The family bathroom is fully tiled with a large bath and enclosed shower. A separate WC is located in the utility room on the first floor.

A guest favourite spot for dining and refreshments is the seaward-facing balcony located off the open plan living area, accessed through sliding glass doors, where a rattan patio table and four matching chairs that convert into loungers offer the perfect place to relax and take in the views.

A paved seaward-facing driveway offers private off-road parking.

Carbis Bay Beach, one of Cornwall’s finest has golden sands and crystal clear, Blue Flag-awarded waters, it’s lifeguarded at peak times, perfect for participating in various water sports or swimming.

The South West Coast Path, leading towards Lelant and the Hayle Estuary in one direction and St Ives in the other is easily accessible, and if you’re lucky you may spot dolphins on this cliffside walk.

St Ives's cobbled streets are filled with pretty boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and art galleries, the largest gallery is The Tate and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, where you’ll find one of the town’s former famous residents' work is celebrated.

Although H20h! is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, this property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. All guests have full use of the Estate's facilities which includes the C Bay Spa.
