Maureen's is a stunning and sunny bungalow in a prime residential location just a short distance from the golden sands of Carbis Bay Beach and Carbis Bay Estate.
Features include a vast open and sociable living/dining area with large smart TV, a high specification kitchen including built-in washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler, electric double oven and hob, and comfortable seating for the family in both dining and lounge areas. The bedrooms are well equipped with alarm clocks which incorporate a wireless phone charger, hair dryers and smart TV's. The main king-size bedroom has a sumptuous ensuite bathroom with a large double-ended bath, perfect for those relaxing evenings. The children's room is equipped with sturdy bunk beds, a smart TV. The double room is yet another bright and sunny room with smart TV.
Outside is a private garden area accessible through large bi-folding doors with a decked area fully equipped with dining furniture.
Although Maureen's is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, this property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. Maureen's is not on the Carbis Bay Estate but is located within close proximity to Carbis Bay Village. All of Maureen's guests fully use the Estate's facilities, including the C Bay Spa.
