The Frog and Adam Handling Restaurant group has been awarded a Michelin star in the 2022 announcement. We are immensely proud to have Adam Handling's Ugly Butterfly at Carbis Bay Estate and we're delighted that Adam and his team's incredible work, skill and passion has been recognised and celebrated.
Ugly Butterfly showcases Chef Adam Handling’s passion for converting locally sourced, quality ingredients into beautifully presented dishes, packed full of flavour. In keeping with both Adam’s and the Estate’s ethos, there is a strong focus on sustainability. Ugly Butterfly offers an all-day dining experience. Chef, Adam, has created the menus in the restaurant to be as elevated and theatrical as at 'Frog by Adam Handling' in London's Covent Garden and uses ingredients carefully sourced from in and around Cornwall.
