Guided Sound Bath Meditation
Selected Thursdays & Sundays
A guided sound bath meditation is a deeply relaxing experience in which guests are immersed in the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Sound baths help to restore balance to the mind and body, inviting a sense of renewal and inner harmony.
Sessions take place twice a month. £18 per person, spaces are limited.

We kindly advise that our Sound Bath Meditation sessions are not suitable for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, use a pacemaker, or have been diagnosed with epilepsy.
