GUEST CHEF APPEARANCES
We're excited to announce that top chef Tom Sellers will be joined at Story by the Sea by Michelin starred chefs, Michael O' Hare, Niall Keating & Brad Carter, for one night each.
Michael O'Hare, Chef Patron of renowned The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, will join the team on the 5th September, while Whatley Manor's Niall Keating will make a guest appearance on 1st September.
Top chef, Brad Carter, from Carters of Moseley in Birmingham will join the team on 9th September.

Tom Sellers is the Chef Patron of Restaurant Story. Tom trained at some of the world’s best restaurants including Restaurant Tom Aikens, Noma and Per Se. His food is predominantly British, using seasonality to lead a menu that invokes memory and brings a narrative to each plate.
THE MENUStory by the Sea
The ocean and all that surrounds it will shape the vision for the menu, creative process and cooking style. This will include a mixture of Story classic dishes alongside new and seasonally inspired creations.
