Nestled above the golden sands of our Blue Flag beach, you can fully relax with a combination of daily yoga and meditation classes, unlimited spa use, gourmet food and beautiful sea views on your doorstep.

This retreat has been created to provide a warming space where you can step away from the hustle and bustle of life, practice self-care and rediscover your energy and spark.

We use a unique blend of positive wellness coaching, yoga, joyful movement, nutrition, nature immersion and mindfulness on our transformational retreats. We will give you the tools to sustain your fresh outlook on life back at home. We want to share our slice of Carbis Bay with you so that you can leave feeling relaxed and re-energised.

About Melissa

Melissa is a Wellness Coach at Chalked Up Nutrition & Wellbeing and specialises in Intuitive Eating & Living - helping you to develop a peaceful relationship with your body, food and movement.

She is also a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr), Paramedic, British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and holds a MSc Human Nutrition and a BSc Hons Paramedic Practice (Community and Emergency Health).

ABOUT KATE

Kate is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years. Kate made the transition into yoga teaching from being a schoolteacher. She teaches weekly adult, teen and children's Iyengar Yoga classes and loves sharing her experience of yoga with her students.

Iyengar Yoga is a form of hatha yoga that focuses on correct alignment of the body, sometimes with the use of props such as blocks, belts & blankets. The benefits of practicing yoga are far reaching; improving strength, flexibility, physical and psychological health.

3 Night Wellness Retreat Break - What's Included

Available Dates: 2 - 5 March 2020 and 23 - 26 March 2020

Stay in the Main House, home to the C Bay Spa and beautiful conservatory overlooking the Bay. Enjoy breakfast each morning of your stay with full three-day programme of events including yoga with Kate Lowe, wild swimming, cold water therapy intuitive living workshop and joyful movement class with Melissa Garside.

This 3-night package includes:

- 3-nights in a Superior Main House Room

- Arrival drinks reception

- Three-day programme of well-being led classes & events

- 60-minute treatment in the C Bay Spa

- Two daily yoga sessions (total 4 classes)

- Dinner on each night of stay

- Cornish breakfast daily

Accommodation Upgrades

The Beach Lodges, Junior Beach Suites and Beach Houses are perfectly designed and situated to offer a secluded space with a focus on wellness. The facilities, including twin room options, living areas, kitchen, and sea view terraces enables guests to feel at home. The proximity to the beach with the sounds of the sea will ensure you will feel complete peace and tranquillity during your stay.

1:00pm - Early access to spa from 1:00pm

5:00pm - Welcome drink in Godrevy Room

6:00pm - Guided Mindfulness Session with Melissa

Tuesday

7:30am Yoga with Kate Lowe

8:30am Wild Sea Swim / Cold Water Therapy (weather permitting) with Melissa

10:30am – 12:30pm Intuitive Living Workshop - join in with group activities and discussions to build Body Positivity and nourishing self-care practices that you can take back home with you to help you feel like your best you.

5:15pm Joyful Movement Class with Melissa – either on the beach weather permitting or inside. Fun, boot-camp style class using bodyweight movements to leave you feeling energised.

6:30pm Yoga with Kate Lowe

8:30am Wild Sea Swim / Cold Water Therapy (weather permitting) with Melissa

11:00am – 1:00pm Intuitive Eating Workshop - join in with group activities and discussions to build a more positive and peaceful relationship with food and movement - Learn how to be guided by your body to make nourishing and satisfying food choices that honour your physical and mental wellbeing. Embrace curiosity and flexibility in your approach to well-being and build the confidence in knowing that you are the expert of you when it comes to your body.

3:00pm Coastal Run / Walk led by Melissa (weather permitting)

5:15pm Joyful Movement Class with Melissa – either on the beach weather permitting or inside. Fun, boot-camp style class using bodyweight movements to leave you feeling energised.
