DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING PACK?

Yes - contact us by e-mail or telephone to request one

ONCE I HAVE DECIDED ON YOUR VENUE HOW DO I PROCEED?

When your preferred date has been agreed a £800 deposit would be required

WHEN DO I CONTACT THE REGISTRAR?

After checking that the venue is available

IS THERE A SEPARATE FEE PAYABLE TO THE REGISTRAR FOR THEIR SERVICES?

Yes

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No - although it may be transferrable to another date at the Manager's discretion

DO I NEED EVENT INSURANCE?

You may choose to arrange this yourselves
We advise insuring your wedding against unforeseen circumstances

IS THERE A ROOM HIRE CHARGE?

Yes - this usually covers all of the public rooms

WHAT ARE THE OTHER CHARGES?

All other charges are as taken - food, drink, entertainment - there are no hidden costs

CAN WE HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOTEL?

Yes - certain dates in January

DO WE HAVE THE SERVICES OF A WEDDING PLANNER?

Yes - this is included in your package

HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE BE IN CONTACT?

You may contact us at any time but usually two months prior to the wedding for final details

DO WE PROVIDE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes

WHERE DOES THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE?

We have several rooms all with views of the ocean - there is no minimum number

CAN WE HAVE CONFETTI?

Yes - outside only

WHERE DO WE HAVE CELEBRATION DRINKS?

In our Conservatory overlooking the Bay or, weather permitting, on the terrace

HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

Approximately £6.70 per glass - champagne/Buck's Fizz/Pimm's

HOW MUCH IS TABLE WINE?

House wine is approximately £14.00 - £16.50 per bottle

HOW MUCH IS TOAST WINE?

Sparkling wine is approximately £29.95 per bottle

HOW MUCH IS CHAMPAGNE?

Approximately £45.00 per bottle house champagne - Moët & Chandon

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN WINE/CHAMPAGNE?

No - we have an extensive wine list and offer special prices

IS THERE AMPLE CAR-PARKING?

Yes

CAN WE INVITE EXTRA GUESTS FOR THE EVENING CELEBRATION?

Yes - up to the maximum numbers - they can arrive from 7.00 p.m.

CAN WE HAVE AN EVENING DISCO?

Yes - we have an in-house disco and we advise contacting the D.J. with your playlist

CAN WE HAVE A BAND?

Please discuss with your wedding planner

WHEN MUST THE MUSIC FINISH?

Usually 12.00 midnight

CAN WE HAVE AN EVENING BUFFET?

Yes - we offer a hot and cold buffet at approximately £13.95 per head

CAN WE HAVE SKY LANTERNS?

Yes

CAN WE HAVE FIREWORKS?

Yes - these must be arranged by you with a professional company - we can give you contact details and they can be let off on the beach

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR GUESTS WISHING TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN THE HOTEL?

Yes - 10% discount on the bed/breakfast rate for the hotel only.
Discounts do not apply on the dinner/bed/breakfast rate or the self-catering rates

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS BOOK THEIR ACCOMMODATION?

As soon as possible

IS THERE A COMPLIMENTARY ROOM FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM ON THE NIGHT OF THE WEDDING?

Yes - as long as you are having an evening celebration for over 40 guests, otherwise a reduced price will be applied
