With our unique setting, offering uninterrupted views across the golden sands of Carbis Bay, combined with many years of catering experience and the highest standards of service, you have the ideal location to make this special day a success.

When you choose the Carbis Bay - winner of Westcountry Wedding Awards 2010 - as your wedding venue our wedding coordinator will assist you with everything you may need - from choosing the correct menu through to fulfilling the role of Master of Ceremonies and Toast Master. Our menu package is fully flexible and offers menus to suit all requirements, including our Grand Buffet, should you wish to provide the ultimate in decorated food. We also offer a range of vegetarian options and we are more than happy to cater for any special requests.

Whatever the occasion, a dinner party for 6 or a wedding for 150, the Carbis Bay Hotel can be tailored to meet your precise needs.

On arrival you will receive a red carpet welcome, followed by a celebration drink in our stunning Conservatory, usually Champagne, Bucks Fizz, Pimms, etc. at £6.50 per head. Our rosetted restaurant offers an extensive choice of menus, catering for every occasion and these can be tailored to suit your precise requirements. We offer an interesting range of wines to accompany the meal including our specially selected Carbis Bay house red or white wine at £16.00 per bottle and, as an approximate guide to the amount you will need, 1 bottle serves 3 people. For the toast, we have a choice of sparkling wine from £28.95 per bottle or House champagne from £45.00 per bottle. Further wines are available from our list should you require them. If you wish to supply your own wine a corkage charge of £10.00 per 75 cl bottle for table wine or sparkling wine will apply.

We have our own pianist available to play during the actual marriage ceremony and the wedding breakfast. Prices are from £120.00.

If you are planning an evening function also, we are able to arrange various types of entertainment and cabaret. The Hotel Disco can be hired from £200. Fireworks can be launched from Carbis Bay Beach which is owned and managed by the Carbis Bay Hotel, providing a spectacular backdrop to your evening celebrations.

Discounted accommodation is available for any guests wishing to stay overnight. For weddings with over 40 guests a complimentary room and full English breakfast will be provided for the bride and groom.

A deposit of £600 is required to confirm a booking. Ceremony rooms can be hired for a charge from £200 to include flowers for the Registrar's table. An additional charge of £200 will apply for groups with a total number less than 40 guests.
