Celebrate Christmas at Carbis Bay with its landmark location, stunning sea views, complete with direct access to our own Blue Flag sandy beach. Look out to sea, stroll along the Atlantic shoreline or walk along the Cornish coastal path which starts directly from the hotel grounds to St Ives. Alternatively, you may wish to take in the sea views from the comfort of your sofa in our wonderful conservatory. Our chef has created menus using top quality Cornish produce including our famous Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve.

Entertainment will include a variety of top cabaret, dancing and musicians including traditional carols on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Parties

Christmas 2010 at Carbis Bay is a very special occasion and we welcome you to celebrate the festive season in style. Whether your party is small or large, our Christmas Parties are designed to offer guests value for money. We offer four and five course menus starting from £21.95 per head. Join us in elegant and traditional surroundings with jazz on arrival in the Conservatory followed by dancing to our resident D.J. after your meal in the Sands Restaurant.

If you have 80 or more people you may wish to consider an exclusive event. Private rooms with stunning sea views are also available for Christmas lunch parties serving two or three course menus.

Our Christmas co-ordinator is available to help you plan all those important details to make your party a truly memorable event. As usual, we cater for vegetarians and any other special dietary requests.

Included in your Christmas Party are the following:-

• Canapés.
• Light Jazz on arrival in the Conservatory.
• Four course party menu plus mince pies and petits fours.
• Candle-lit tables with Christmas crackers and festive decorations.

Special overnight rate of £35.00 per person per night, bed and full English breakfast. Party music and dancing until late. Complimentary overnight accommodation for the organiser (20 guests or more).

Alternatively, we are running a pre-Christmas luncheon from 1st – 24th December, 2010 at £18.00 per head. This will be available every day and is designed to cater for individuals as well as groups. The Conservatory will be open daily, serving a range of ciabattas, salads and light meals at usual.
