Locally produced wines
Cornwall has suitable climate and soil to make delicious white wines and especially fizz. The Bacchus and Atlantic Dry are the perfect accompaniment to delicate white fish dishes. The Brut makes a good alternative to Champagne (in fact it is hard to tell them apart!) And this year we have the pink fizz too. Please ask staff for any further info.
